Ballotdex is an independent project. It is not a government website, and it is not affiliated with, operated by, or endorsed by any Supervisor of Elections, the Florida Division of Elections, any political party, campaign, or candidate.

Every name, date and status is transcribed from those offices' own records: candidate qualifying lists, petition and filing dates, and sample ballots. We add no endorsements, ratings, scores or rankings. No one can pay to appear here, and no one can pay to be left out.
The office is the final word
Where this site and an elections office disagree, the office is right. Public records change: candidates withdraw, courts redraw districts, and paperwork gets amended after we read it. Treat every entry as a pointer to the source rather than a replacement for it.
